Patio Pricing: Each individual project is priced according to materials, distance from suppliers, time to unload and move materials into place, labor, overhead, contingency, and profit. A typical project with machine acess to the area will be less expensive than if materials need to be moved long distances manually. Difficult terrain will also increase total project cost. Poor foundational soils may need to be removed and replaced with a more suitable base material. Some projects require additional drainage to maintain the integrety of the hardscape throughout the years.

-Permeable irregular flagstone patios and walks $20 to $40 /sqft

-Dry laid bluestone patios and walks                   $20 to $40 /sqft

-Masonry Patios and walks                                  $30 to $45 /sqft
